My stay at Transcorp @ HiltonAbuja was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were excellent after fumigation, but there was a loud pool party and tampering with my personal items. On the positive side, WiFi and breakfast were part of the rate, yet the rooms need a renovation to match the rest of the hotel.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were fantastic and had me wishing to stay indoors forever. Although the breakfast on the 10th floor lounge was standard, nothing exceptional, the overall experience definitely lures me to visit again.
The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to connect with different government offices and public transport in Abuja. The rooms were warm, very clean, and benefited from recent renovations, including a separate stand-alone shower for handicapped individuals. The service was exceptional, with staff providing a friendly and customer-oriented experience. The dining experience, while good, had minor service confusion and long wait times for eggs. The central location in the city center and proximity to Abuja's action is convenient, although it requires a drive from the airport. The facilities, including a large main pool and children's pool, were adequate for a pleasant stay.
The hotel has very clean and roomy rooms; however, the adjoining room situation did not work well for me as I had a minor on holiday. The service is friendly and patient, going above and beyond expectations. The location is central to Abuja but a bit of a drive from the airport. The dining experience was awesome, especially the local foods. The facilities were great, with separate stand-alone showers for handicapped persons.
